HOW TO GET ICITEM CERTIFIED
What steps do I need to follow to become certified?
Obtaining ICITEM certification is simple, you just have to follow these steps

Remember that once payment has been made, you have 90 days to send the documentation and the subsequent exam.
The ICITEM certification costs €2,000 + VAT . This price includes the analysis of the information provided, the exam, the improvement plan and the certificate (if the exam is passed).
1 - Perform self-assessment using ICITEM tools
Our tools will tell you if you are ready to apply for certification or will recommend an intermediate step if not.
2 - Complete the web application form
Please fill out the online certification application form.
3 - Signing of NDA document
Once we receive the online application form, we will send you the NDA confidentiality document to be a signatory, as well as a list of documentation that you must attach in order to obtain the certificate.
4 - Analysis of documentation provided
Our ICITEM certified auditors will perform an analysis of the documentation provided, verify the data and authorize the continuation of the certification process. If necessary, you may be asked for more information.
5 - Taking the exam
Once the data verification process is complete, you will have to take the multiple choice online test. You can take this test wherever you want and at the time that best suits you.
Certification is now closer.
6 - Obtaining certification and sending diploma
Congratulations, once you have passed the exam you are now certified in excellence in IT management. You will receive a physical diploma with a digital version for download, as well as a digital pin that you can attach to your email signature if you wish. Congratulations!
